Good afternoon popcorn chairs! 

Here are a few things you should be aware of as we get closer to the start of the 2025 popcorn sale!.

1. Leader Portal

   Make sure your login and password work for the Trail’s End Leader portal at https://scouting.trails-end.com/  If you do not have an account or its not working, please contact us!

2. The Order Portal is Open!

   You can place your 2025 Show and Deliver (Wagon) order through the Leader portal. Orders are due August 26 at midnight.

3. Training Make sure you are trained before the end of August! Two in-person trainings are left---Monday Aug 11 in Plymouth and Tuesday Aug 12 at the Hermantown/Duluth Scout office. If you are doing online training, it is available at www.buyscoutpopcorn.com

4. Supplies After you take the online training, you can order supplies at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/V3ZTXJ6 In person trainings will have supplies on hand for pick up.

5. Storefronts Keep booking storefronts if you need to. As of this afternoon, there are 790 available Trail’s End scheduled shifts (over 5,300 hours). You can (and should) put any other storefronts you have booked yourself (Ace Hardware, local grocery stores, etc) in the Trail’s End system to keep double bookings from happening.

6. Sept 13 Kickoff Look for an email next week detailing how your Scout’s can preregister for the 2025 Popcorn Kick off in Duluth or Fort Snelling.

7. Beck out! The all-knowing popcorn assistant Becki will be out until Aug 20. If you have a question you would normally ask her, you can email me and I will “do my best” to get you an answer quickly.
