Here is the popcorn newsletter for this week.

Show and Deliver Order Due Aug 26 at Midnight.—Log into the leader portal at  https://scouting.trails-end.com/ Click on ORDER POPCORN and chose the AUG 26 UNITS ORDER HERE one from the drop down menu. Place your order by Aug 26.

Chocolate Pretzel ordering update—Due to some unforeseen circumstances, pretzels will need to be ordered separately from the Trail’s End site, via this survey--à https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/pretzels25 . If you want pretzels for Show and Deliver, you MUST fill out that survey.

Training—Make sure you are trained before the end of August!  Online training is available at www.buyscoutpopcorn.com Upon completion, please fill out the link for supplies and your training credit, listed below.

Supplies - After you take the online training, you can order supplies and get your 3% training credit at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/V3ZTXJ6 In person trainings will have supplies on hand for pick up. Supplies are now available for pick up at Base Camp, Mounds View and Hermantown locations.

Storefront Reservation update – Keep booking storefronts if you need to. As of this afternoon, there are 709 available Trail’s End scheduled shifts (over 4,700 hours). You can (and should) put any other storefronts you have booked yourself (Ace Hardware, local grocery stores, etc) in the Trail’s End system to keep double bookings from happening.

Storefronts that told Trail’s End “no”—By request, attached (to the original email) is a list of stores that Trail’s End called that told Trail’s end either “No” or we only accept local requests. The stores on this attached list are free to contact by any unit to arrange storefront shifts. These are not guaranteed to say yes, but these could be options depending on their store policy.  If you do schedule with one of these stores, make sure to put it in your Storefronts in your leader portal right away. Kick off Invitations for Sept. 13—Attached (to the original email) are copies of the invitations for the Kick off Events on Sept. 13. Each one of your Scouts will receive an email with the invitation in the next 48 hours. Feel free to also send a copy of the invitation to your Scouts and families again to remind them of the event. Any questions, please let me know!
